The B Well Coalition is delighted to announce its 2023 program of work. The program is built on three strategic priorities: Data and insights, community of leadership, and resources and support. These strategic priorities help foster workplace culture that support positive mental wellbeing which, in turn, underpin a thriving workplace.
Executive Chair of The B Team Australia, Lynette Mayne, spoke at the Australian Financial Review’s Energy and Climate Summit on Tuesday. The session focused on being a wakeup call for Australia. Lynette spoke about the 50 CEOs all working together in The B Team Australasia’s Climate Leaders Coalition to speed up the transition to a low carbon world. For example, around 30 of the CEOs are undertaking leading edge case studies with their supply chains on how to reduce their Scope 3 emissions. The work is being launched at COP27 in Egypt and back in Australia on the 23rd November.
Rosabeth Moss Kanter and Tuna Cem Hayirli, in Harvard Business Review, argue that the world’s most critical problems requires leadership, resources, and skills beyond those of any single organisation, industry, sector, or government. What’s needed is high-impact coalitions—an emerging organisational form that reaches across boundaries of business, governments, and NGOs.
The B Well Coalition, in conjunction with research partner, Ipsos, is delighted to be entering the final stages of its national pilot for "Our State of Mind", a groundbreaking study into wellbeing culture in workplaces. The full national survey will be launching in 2023.
